Series Cost: $50.00 includes a booklet on the Magic Four Poses.
This 3-class series will introduce you to Svaroopa® Yoga.
Experience a body friendly yoga that was created for everyone and anyone. In this class you will learn how to relieve pain from your body with simple yoga poses, get to know your body at a deeper level.
You will learn basic principals of Svaroopa® Yoga that guide every class. You will learn yoga poses in each class that give you an understanding on how to help your body feel better.
We supply all of the props so theres no need to bring mats or blocks. Just bring YOU!
